About Post 22

Northglenn Legion Latest’s Announcements

Welcome to Northglenn American Legion Post 22 located in Northglenn, Colorado, is one of the oldest and most respected fraternal organizations in Denver.  For decades the men and women of Post 22 have served the veterans and communities of the north Denver area.  We take great pride in our long, storied history of fulfilling our mission to “consecrate and sanctify our comradeship by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.”

American Legion Post 22 is one of the most active veteran’s organizations in northern Colorado. Servicing a wide area of the north Denver metro area, our post provides services to active duty military, to veterans and to our community. The men and women of Post 22 have created a community organization that offers many things to our members.  With a visit to the post you’ll find yourself in a low-key, comfortable, community-oriented setting where everyone is welcome.

American Legion Post 22 takes its mission of service to veterans and the community seriously.  We take pride in sponsoring an extraordinary Honor Guard.  We have active Auxiliary and SAL organizations and through our Chaplain and Service Officer, we strive to provide help whenever and wherever needed.  We support many causes within our community and in our schools.

There is, of course, the requisite bar which was recently remodeled and features a Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Our building also features a pool table, jukebox, seven televisions, a horseshoe court, a covered outdoor smoking patio and much more.  The facility also has an event hall that was also recently remodeled.  It has the capacity for approximately 100 guests and can be rented by members and non-members alike.  Click here to learn more about our facility.
