Northglenn Legion Latest’s Announcement

Northglenn Legion provides an extraordinary gathering place for members to come together in the spirit of comradeship and is a great place for veterans and their families. Whether you are looking for a home cooked meal, or a place to wind down at the end of the day. Post 22 has regularly scheduled dinners and breakfasts as well as a host of other special events. If you need a place to rent for that special gathering, check out our event hall.

Among the amenities at Post 22:

A full service bar, just updated with new carpets and paint, with some of the friendliest bartenders around.
A great event hall, just updated with new carpets and paint, with room for about 100.
A full service, professional kitchen.
A large, covered, outdoor smoking patio.
A horseshoe court with 3 lanes.
Seven televisions scattered throughout the facility so you’ll never miss your Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets, Avalanche, Nascar, PGA, or favorite show.
Pool table.
State of the art jukebox.
Wide selection of “pickles” (pull tab) games.

Event Hall:

We recently updated our event hall and is available to rent for your meeting, party, reunion, reception, fundraiser or other event. Contact our Bar Manager, for more information at 303-452-4767.

Hall Rental Fees are as follows:
(High school graduations, quinsinetas, & sweet 16 parties are excluded from Hall rentals due to a high degree of liquor liability for the post.)

Post 22 Members:
$150 Hall Rental Fee
$100 Deposit for damage/cleaning (Refundable)

American Legion Members (From other posts):
$200 Hall Rental Fee
$100 Deposit for damage/cleaning (Refundable)
$25 per hour for security guard (case by case basis)

Membership Information

Membership dues vary from post to post. lifetime membership can be paid either in one single lump sum or over 12 equal, monthly payments. Any future dues; increases at the post, department or national levels.

Eligibility Requirements

Thanks to the LEGION Act (Let Everyone Get Involved In Opportunities for National Service Act), Congress expanded the current eligibility period to cover Dec. 7, 1941, to the present, and includes the current war campaigns. Previously, there were seven declared war periods. Now there are two, the current war period dating back to World War II and another war era covering World War I. No other restrictions to American Legion membership changed.
